Returns Policy
Products purchased from DUB Shop may be returned as long as the items are new, unused and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if the item is not defective and they simply want to return it. DUB Shop will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part or if the items you received were defective or incorrect.
Please email us at returns@dub-shop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return prior to returning any items.We wish to expedite this process and letting us know that items are being returned will enable us to quickly process the return. Once we receive your email, we will respond with return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Once the items are received by us, you should expect to receive a credit to the card the order was placed on within 30 days. This time frame includes inspection time, processing time internally and processing time with the credit card company. We will notify you via e-mail when the credit has been issued to your card.
Shipping
We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Final shipping charges are based on the specific cumulative weight of your purchased item plus packaging.

International Shipping
DUB Tools is focusing on sales within the United States as there may be restrictions on products sold and shipped outside of the US. But please feel free to contact us in regards to purchases and shipping of products for use outside of the US and we will do what we can to assist you.
